Your initial visit with a neuropsychologist will be an interview to find out:

  • What you have been through
  • What your understanding is of your injury
  • How life is for you since the injury
  • What is the first thing you remember after the injury
  • What is the last thing you remember before your injury happened

If your family is available during this visit, the neuropsychologist will also ask for information from them.
